Samples & Ordering

Your first sample invitation is free.of charge.

Subsequent samples cost £3.00 each including p&p and this cost is deductible from your future wedding stationery order.

 

Samples are dispatched within five working days

 

 

 

Payment & Delivery

 

For orders under £100 full payment must be made on ordering.

For orders over £100 a 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid on ordering.

The balance is to be paid five weeks before the agreed delivery date.

 

Postage & Packing

 

For orders up to £100 in value I charge £5.00

For orders over £100 in value I charge at cost up to a maximum of £20

These charges apply to UK and Europe only

 

 

What Happens Next

When you receive your sample you will also receive an easy to follow step by step information sheet,  

a Proof Request Form and a list of sample fonts enabling you to request a personalised proof.

 

A proof is an accurate example of your finished stationery.

 

Within seven days of receiving your Proof Request Form I will send out your personalised Proof

and an Order Form.

You will need to check this Proof carefully and advise me of any amendments if needed.

I will then despatch your final pair of Proofs.

 

Once you are happy with your final Proofs you will need to sign and date one of the Proofs and return it

to me along with your completed Order Form and your deposit.  

 

It is advisable to order your wedding stationery at least six months in advance of your wedding.

It is usual to send out wedding invitations at least 12 weeks before the wedding.

 

It generally takes between three and six weeks to process an order.

If however you need your invitations sooner then we will try to accommodate your needs.
