Kate established her own Bridal Boutique in Bristol after graduating from Bath Spa university in 2006
where she specialised in contemporary embroidery design.
With a love of historical and vintage clothing from
all eras Kate particularly finds elaborate detailed embellishment of the 18th century inspirational
and this is often reflected in her work.
Kate believes it is in the attention and consideration
to detail when embellishing a garment that creates
a personal and unique piece.
She produces fine bespoke bridal gowns in high
quality fabrics using subtle tones such as ivories,
antique golds and pearlescent shades.in combination
with textures, lace, silks, pearls, crystals and tulles.
Kate also has a passion for making fabulous corsets
many of which are highly decorated and all are very individual.
“It is always a great pleasure when a client discovers not only
how good they look in a specially made piece but also
how good they feel.”
