All designs are covered by copyright by LeBigKiss and Tanya Short.
It is a copyright infringement to copy in full or in part any design shown on this website.
Each product is individually handmade by LeBigKiss. There may be minimal variations to each product.
Payment is to be made in full after the final proofing and completed orders will only be dispatched once the full payment has been received.
Cancellation of an order must be given in writing.
Proof reading is the customer’s responsibility. LeBigKiss cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed after the proofs have been approved.
LeBigKiss will not be held responsible for any copyright permission required for any hymns used in the Order of Service. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that permission has been obtained.
LeBigKiss cannot accept liability for delay, loss or damage to goods in dispatch or delivery.
LeBigKiss reserves the right to extend completion/delivery times if queries arise or alterations are made to orders.
LeBigKiss accepts no responsibility for any effects the ageing process may have on the products.
Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. However, any price increase will not affect any confirmed orders at that time.
All orders are subject to stock availability. If LeBigKiss experiences difficulty with supply of necessary materials, the customer will be informed and similar materials of the equivalent quality will be suggested.
